“Dreams”
A Themed Exhibition with Works by 28 Artists
DISTRICT Arts, a contemporary art gallery located in the historic district of downtown Frederick, MD, is pleased to present “Dreams.”
Almost everyone dreams, whether it’s in the depths of REM sleep or staring out the window while in the stream of consciousness we call daydreaming. Happy, sad or scary, representative, abstract or surreal, we will be showcasing the translation of the ethereal nature of dreams into tangible works of art, pushing the boundaries of imagination and reality.
The works of 28 artists were selected for exhibition by independent juror Rhonda J. Smith.
“Dreams” will be on view April 3 - April 28, 2024 with an opening reception on April 6 from 5-7pm.
